Tim McNutt Title: General Manager Date of Hire: August, 2011 Education: Maryville High School Experience: Owner, Good Times Kawasaki 1980 - 1996 General Manager, Alcoa Good Times 1996 - 2007 Vice President of Operations, Ultimate Toyz 2007- 2011 Hobbies: When I'm not working you'll either find my riding my horses or hitting the trails with my Ranger RZR. Why I like RPS: What a great company and a great group of people to work with. I simply love this buisness, it's in my blood, and I couldn't dream of doing anything else. Favorite Ride: Ranger RZR
Laci Coker Title: Sales Representative Date of Hire: November 2011 Education: Farragut High School Experience: Salesperson, Alcoa Good Times 2003 -2007 Sales/Buisness Manager, Honda Yamaha of Knoxville 2007-2008; 2010-2011 Salesperson, Ultimate Toyz 2008- 2010 Hobbies: Riding my street bike or ATV, off-roading in the Jeep, boating, camping....pretty much anything that invlolves being outdoors. Why I like RPS: The people....both the employees of Ritchie Powersports, as well as the customers. It's a rewarding experience to help customers get something they've worked really hard for that I know they will enjoy. Favorite Ride: That's tough....there's so many awesome rides to choose from. I'd have to say the Polaris RZR for off-road, and the Honda 599 for the street. My 1985 ATC250SX three-wheeler is pretty cool, too.


Tim Phillips Title: Service Technician Date of Hire: October, 2011 Education: Clinton High School Graduate; MMI Orlando, FL Experience: Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Polaris Certified Trained in Dynojet, Aquatrax programs. Greene's Powersports Ultimate Motorsports Hobbies: I love to ride dirt and street bikes. I also enjoy fishing and hunting. Why I like RPS: It's a great company to work for with friendly staff and great management. Favorite Ride: My favorite ride here is the CRF250R and the KX250F or a Polaris RZR.



Lahoma Pelletier Title: Parts Manager Date of Hire: October 2011 Education: Karns Highschool Graduate Experience: Lahoma has over 17 years experience managing powersport parts departments. Her past work experience includes Knoxville Kawasaki BMW Suzuki, Alcoa Good Times and Smokey Mountain Motorsports. Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to go shopping and find great deals! Why I like RPS: The atmosphere and the people. Favorite Ride: In my spare time, I enjoy the left corner of my couch!
Josh Brown Title: Parts Department Date of Hire: August 28^th, 2008 Education: McMinn Central High School Experience: AutoZone Aug. 2001~2008 ASE Cert. in Auto. Parts/Sales Manager Hobbies: Riding motorcycles (street & off-road), riding ATVs, building custom motorcycles (old school choppers), off-roading in my truck, working on trucks and hanging out with my wife and son. Favorite Ride: My own 1978 Honda CB750 rigid-frame chopper and the Honda Shadow 750 and the new VT1300 Sabre.
Jeff Weir Title: Sales Representative Date of Hire: August, 2002 Experience:Lawn & Leisure 1986~2002 Tennessee Army National Guard 1985~1999 with the rank of SGT McMinn County Technology Center advisory committee form 2008~Present Education: Graduated McMinn High School Hobbies: Avid deer hunter. I really enjoy the outdoors whether it is riding my Polaris Ranger or my Honda Rancher or my Honda motorcycle. Why I like RPS: What I really enjoy most about working at Ritchie Powersports is seeing the smiles on peoples face when they set on a new motorcycle or a off road vehicle. It is the smile of Freedom. It is so relaxing. As the old saying goes, “If I had to explain you wouldn’t understand”. If you have never rode a bike or a off road vehicle you wouldn’t understand. The crew that we have here is the best that I have ever seen. Everyone gets along great! Favorite Ride: That’s a hard one but it would be the Polaris Ranger XP.
