"We drove down from Kentucky, about a four-hour trip, and it was well worth the drive. Heather and Cindy were wonderful. They were both very knowledgeable about the ATV's, warranties, and financing options available. We purchased two ATV's and the transaction was fast and the price couldn't be beat anywhere. After a long drive, we were happy to be loaded and back on the road within a matter of minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, and know their products. "i buy 5-8 atvs per year.i have been buying from southern powersports,closer to home.i favor polaris,thats why i came to richies.i have bought 2 polaris sportsman 800 efis-1 browning hunter 800--1 sunset red 800 efi ho sportsman within 1 month of each other.the only problem i have,it takes 3 hours to buy an atv.each time i called ahead,got approved,i have changed my mind on atvs,picked different ones,still takes too much time.i would like to call ahead,then spend an hour when i go to pick up.either way i will still buy from richies.........................."

"My wife and I wanted to give each other a very special anniversary gift this past July 6th, 2008. We decided to purchase his and her bikes and choose Honda as the make of choice, but after searching many local dealers, we almost thought it was not worth it due to the cost and lack of salesmanship. Then I came across Ritchie’s site on the internet and sent in my request via email. Bill came back with one simple question of what I wanted and what if any accessories I wanted on the bikes. I told him we where looking at the Honda 750 Shadow Aero; and the colors we wanted where black and red. I told him we wanted windshields and engine guards on both bikes and that was it as far as accessories. I thought it would take a couple of days, but bill was back with me the next day with the price for each bike out the door. Wow, you could have knocked me over with a stick on the price. It was cheaper than any other dealer I had talked to and that was with the accessories added to the bikes. The other dealer’s price quotes did not even include any accessories. We love our bikes and Ritchie’s has won two very loyal customers. We tell all our friends about this dealership and if they are getting a motorcycle, they had better contact Ritchie’s first."

"Purchased a GoldWing from Mike in March 2006. Talked to him on a Thursday to find out if he had a bike in stock that I wanted. Turns out they did. He quoted a great price on the phone, I gave him a deposit by credit card, and met him Monday morning to make the purchase. He had all the paperwork ready, and I was out the door in less than an hour. It was well worth the 9 hour drive to deal with a great dealership and to get such a great price."
